I. Enrollment & Digital Access
Access to our proprietary learning materials and the clearcurrent.space platform is granted exclusively to registered students. These terms-of-service dictate that your login credentials are personal and non-transferable. We maintain a high-trust environment; sharing access with third parties is considered a breach of our educational integrity.
We reserve the right to modify course structures, schedules, or platform features to better serve the learning outcomes of our Istanbul community. While we strive for 100% uptime, occasional maintenance is necessary to keep our currents clear and efficient.
The "Beyoğlu" Standard

Our physical space at Kuloğlu, İstiklal Cd. No:131 is governed by these same principles of respect.
II. Safeguarding our Curriculum
Every worksheet, video lecture, and linguistic exercise found on this site is the intellectual property of ClearCurrent Language School. We invest heavily in original pedagogy.
You are granted a limited, revocable license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without written consent from our Beyoğlu headquarters.
Misuse of intellectual property may result in immediate termination of student status without refund and potential legal action under Turkish jurisdiction.

III. Financial Commitments
Tuition fees for our language courses are due at the time of enrollment. We operate under a "Fair Start" policy: if you find our teaching style is not a fit within the first 48 hours of your first session, we offer a partial credit toward future modules.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a scheduled intensive course or private session are subject to a 50% administrative fee. This ensures our educators in Istanbul are compensated for their preparation and dedicated time slots.

- ✓ Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

While our methods are proven, language acquisition is an individual journey. ClearCurrent does not guarantee specific exam scores or fluency levels; these outcomes are contingent upon student participation, practice, and attendance.
